Raspberry Radiance Smoothie Bowl
Toppings:
1 tbsp hemp seeds
¼ cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Optional: sliced banana, granola, or bee pollen
Ingredients – Base:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
¼ cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, or oat)
1–2 tsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber and thickness)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
Directions:
In a high-speed blender, combine raspberries, banana, plant-based milk, and optional vanilla/chia seeds.
Blend until thick and smooth — like soft-serve. Add more milk 1 tbsp at a time only if needed.
Pour into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
Sprinkle with blueberries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
Enjoy immediately with a spoon, slowly and mindfully.
Tips:
Use frozen fruit to keep the texture thick and frosty
Add a scoop of plant protein if desired.
