Raspberry Radiance Smoothie Bowl

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  • Optional: sliced banana, granola, or bee pollen

Ingredients – Base:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¼ cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, or oat)

  • 1–2 tsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber and thickness)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)

Directions:

  • In a high-speed blender, combine raspberries, banana, plant-based milk, and optional vanilla/chia seeds.

  • Blend until thick and smooth — like soft-serve. Add more milk 1 tbsp at a time only if needed.

  • Pour into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.

  • Sprinkle with blueberries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.

  • Enjoy immediately with a spoon, slowly and mindfully.

Tips:

  • Use frozen fruit to keep the texture thick and frosty

  • Add a scoop of plant protein if desired.
