My Story
My mission is to transform lives.
From inherited wisdom… through personal pain… to a mission to help others heal.
Personal health and educating others on their health and wellness have been passions of mine for many years. I have had issues with my health in my 20`s and 30’s. Beyond my own health, I have also struggled while watching various loved ones suffer and died from health-related issues, including my 2 aunties who lost their battles to Breast cancer in their mid-50’s. Despite my many challenges with health, I am so grateful for the lessons that I have learned from them because they have given me the fuel to pass on my knowledge to other people in need.
I was raised by a strong, radiant grandmother who lived by nature’s wisdom.
She believed in real food, movement, and the healing power of plants — long before “wellness” was a trend. From a young age, she taught me the value of nourishing myself with intention and simplicity. And her healthy habits became part of my roots.
But even with that foundation, life took its toll.
In my 20s and 30s, I struggled with my own health — Weight Gain , IBS, inflammation, imbalances I couldn’t ignore. I felt disconnected from my body, even though I knew better. The pressures of modern life and the convenience of processed food had crept in, and it showed.

Our food choices can either feed disease — or fuel healing. And I made the decision to not only reclaim my own health — but help others do the same.
I realized that what we put on our plate… Shapes our future.

What we eat has the power to nourish, renew, and realign us — far beyond what we’re taught.

Using the lessons I’ve learned throughout my life, I created Wellness smoothies, Juices , Salads and a 3-5 Day Food Cleanse for clients in the Minnesota Area. to help people take back control of their health. — one nourishing day at a time.
That’s why I developed a 7-Day RESET Cleanse program that can be done from anywhere in the world - Clean Week.
I was honored to reach the semifinals in the Favorite Chef Competition organized by the James Beard Foundation. That experience affirmed what I’ve always known: food is both art and medicine — and I’m here to use it to uplift, inspire, and transform.
